Measurements -  At 'Frockme' we give you approximate measurments for all frocks. Please check your measurements before placing your order. When you check you measurements it is best to check it against one of your own frocks (not your body). The bust measurement is taken across the chest (under each arm) and length from the shoulder to the bottom of the frock.

Combined Orders - We will combine postage for you if you are ordering more than 1 product.
Postage of your item/s - Your item/s will be posted once funds deposited in our account have cleared (usually 4 days).
Frockme claims no responsibility for goods lost or damaged should you not choose to insure your parcel.

Returns and Refunds - If the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered please contact us at frockme@frockme.com.au, quoting your order number, name and address. Please include the reason for the return.

We will offer a 7 day money back guarantee for items you wish to return. To avoid returns please be sure you email us any questions you may have. However, we do ask that the item must be returned to us in its original condition with all tags attached and the item be in its original packaging. Items tha have been used, washed, or damaged in any way will invalidate the money back offer.

Note: When trying on items please ensure you are not wearing any perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks the item. Please refrain from smoking or be in a room where the item may smell of smoke when you are trying the item on. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
